Inspiration for my card was derived from the globes in the picture above as well as the muted coloured picture of the dog on the wall and the green leaves. So I decided to use a very old stamp from Stampers Anonymous, Paris Map and created a Mixed Media card.

Both cards were made in pretty much the same way except for the first card that has a more muted look I used a grey card to stamp the Stampers Anonymous, Paris Map with Versamark ink, sprinkled white embossing powder on stamped image and heat embossed. Die cut the Altenew pressed leaf die - a unique dies that does not cut through all the way - on the heat embossed and ink blended image.

Used ink blending technique to colour the stamped image. Distress ink colours used are Peeled Paint, Vintage Photo and Black Soot. Added sentiments accordingly. You can use any sentiments that you have to hand.
