Kendra’s Card Challenge 6 - use six patterned papers to make 15 cards (Apr - Jun 2022)

This post which includes a video shows how I bring together the three submissions (of 15 cards each) that I did for Kendra’s Card Challenge 6. When I came across this challenge I was looking for ways to use up my vast collection of patterned paper that I had accumulated…..over a decade and a half. I did not expect to enjoy the process of following the card sketches to create 15 cards, but I did! So I decided to participate with a set of cards for each month of the quarter (from Apr to Jun 2022) that Kendra’s Card Challenge 6 runs.

I tried to do the submission for each month in themes, as follows:

Apr 2022 Submission is based on faith based sentiments (which I absolutely love!)

May 2022 Submission is based on sentiments for good friends with flowers

Jun 2022 Submission is based on striped patterend paper and die cuts

I will not repeat all of the info for the card challenge in this post. For the details of each of the submissions, please click on the links above for each submission. Each link also includes a video for details of card creation, organisation of patterned paper cut (following the given guides and templates), and pulling the card together, with some techniques and tips for matting.

Check out the video below.
