Colour Challenge - #GDP273

Today's card is inspired by a colour challenge. Sometimes it's easier to have a colour constraint so you can focus on the product and design. This challenge is from Global Design Project, and here are the colour for the challenge.

My submission for this challenge is as follows - yes I have two designs and three cards!

Card 1
This card has a peach base. Used the Simon Says Cling Stamp CHUNKY SWEATER stamp for the background on dark blue card. Stamped with Versamark ink, sprinkled Personal Impressions pastel peach embossing powder and heated the embossing powder with my WOW embossing tool. Then I die cut the sentiment with pale green card stock using the Waffle Flower bold alpha dies and layered it with white scrap card. Added some gems from the Over the Rainbow collection from Little Things from Lucy's Cards.

I like making cards with generic sentiments like 'hello' as you can add any sentiment with it to change up the occassion when you want to send a card. So the third picture below shows an added sentiment.

Card 3 - same design as Card 2 without popped up sentiment letters

I hope you enjoy this post as well as the video. Do pose any questions you may have in the comments and I will get back to you.

Have a lovely week ahead and thanks for stopping by.
