Die cutting flowers

This post is for the Altenew March 2021 Challenge. I used the flowers from the Altenew Craft-A-Flower Poppy Layering Die Set and leaves from theAltenew Virginia Rose 3D Die Set. See colour challenge below. I use shades of pink, purplish pink and blues as well as a few shades of green.

I made some splatters with Twinkling H20 watercolours, Ocean Wave which has mica in it so it dries with a metallic sheen and the light bounces off it…really pretty. The sentiment is from Alternew’s Label Love, stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink which is great for ticker tape type sentiment stamps.
